OUTREACH COMPLIANCE

Every message needs identity, purpose and a stop mechanism.

Outbound communication remains gated by approval, sender authentication, lawful-basis records, suppression controls and deliverability thresholds.

01

Before sending

Confirm the recipient, purpose, applicable law, documented consent or other lawful basis, truthful sender identity, accurate subject and the authorised response record.

02

Message requirements

Promotional messages require a valid postal address and working unsubscribe mechanism. Optional email uses one-click unsubscribe headers; transactional email remains limited to the service event that justified it.

03

Suppression

Opt-outs, hard bounces and complaints enter a hashed suppression registry. Optional sends cannot override it. All-category provider suppressions block even mandatory delivery to an undeliverable address.

04

Reputation controls

Live sending is blocked unless SPF, DKIM and DMARC are verified. A 2% bounce rate or 0.1% complaint rate pauses sending pending review; lower warning thresholds support earlier intervention.

05

No deceptive outreach

Do not conceal identity, misstate evidence, manufacture urgency, scrape restricted data or continue contacting a recipient who has opted out.
