These draft terms define permitted access, human-review duties and the limits of an experimental narrative-risk platform.
01
Service scope
NewsForensics helps authorised users detect harmful narratives, reconstruct spread, preserve source records and coordinate reviewed responses. Signals and summaries are investigative aids, not automatic findings of truth, intent, illegality or guilt.
02
Accounts and workspaces
Users must provide accurate account information, protect access links and sessions, and use only workspaces they are authorised to enter. Workspace owners are responsible for membership, roles and lawful instructions.
03
Human responsibility
Customers remain responsible for reviewing evidence, competing explanations, local law and proposed external actions. The service does not guarantee removal, de-indexing, ranking changes or a legal outcome.
04
Availability and changes
The platform is experimental. Features may change, pause or be withdrawn for safety, security, maintenance or legal reasons. Paid commitments begin only under approved commercial terms.
05
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or suspended for abuse, security risk, non-payment, unlawful use or material breach. Data export and deletion requests remain subject to identity checks, retention duties and legal holds.
